Personal Information

Betty and her husband Douglas moved to Texarkana in 1980. They have reared two children who graduated from Texas High School. They are the proud grandparents of three grandchildren. She welcomes the opportunity to further her public service efforts in the capacity of Ward 3 Council Member. This position will fulfill her philosophy of “being the change I want to see”.
