When you or your child receive vaccines, the nurse discusses and provides vaccine information with you regarding the common reactions.

  • No. Patients sign in as they come in the clinic and are taken in that order. Sign in times are Monday-Thursday, between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m., and also between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

  • No individual will be denied essential public health services because of an inability to pay. The Health Department will make provisions for a reduced fee, or no fee for individuals that are unable to pay for services in full or in part.

  • Yes, this is possible. An adult, eighteen years or older, who is familiar with your child's health history, must accompany your child. This person must have a written statement with the following information:
    • I give permission for (name of the adult) to bring in my child, (name of child) for any immunization needed at this visit.
