1. New users must register for an account.

2. On the Cases page, select “Create New Request” in the top right corner.

3. Select TEXARKANA PD (TX/AR) & BOWIE COUNTY SHERIFF as the agency.

4. Complete required fields including the complete names of all parties involved, date, time, and location of the incident and/or the case number before submitting your request.

No, there are no permits currently being issued for garage sales or estate sales. Sales are limited to two annual per address. Please pick up your signs and promotional flyers after the event.
