2. Filming Guidelines

   Before applying for commercial filming, the Film Friendly Liaison must be contacted to discuss the production’s specific filming requirements and the feasibility of filming in Texarkana, Texas. 

   Before submitting your application, please carefully review the Filming Guidelines for Texarkana, Texas. All applicants are also required to sign and return the Hold Harmless Agreement included at the end of the guidelines.

    Once submitted, your application will be sent directly to the Film Friendly Texarkana Liaison for review. If approved, a signed copy will be emailed to you from the City Manager or a designated Representative with further instructions. If your application is not approved, you will receive a notification with the reason for denial.
